About Mrs. Doster: 

Hi there! My name is Tara Doster and I am so excited to be your child's teacher this year. I have been teaching in DVUSD since 2017. I have taught 1st grade and have been an EL Specialist. I am originally from Allentown, PA and graduated from Indiana University. My family has been in Arizona since 2012. I have two amazing kiddos of my own. Simon is a junior at Boulder Creek HS and Cadence is in 8th grade. They are both active and when I am not at school I love watching them do what they love. I love to read and enjoy creating young readers in my classroom. When I am not at school, I love to be with my family, hike with my dog, crochet, or sit down with a good book or puzzle.
